Microsoft Outlook E-Mail Account Setup

Follow the steps below and click on the images below to enlarge.

STEP 1: select Tools > E-mail Accounts.
In Microsoft Outlook, select Tools > E-mail Accounts.
STEP 2: Add a new e-mail account
On the E-mail Accounts wizard window, select “Add a new e-mail account” and click Next.
STEP 3: “POP3″ and click Next.
For your server type, select “POP3″ and click Next.
STEP 4: Enter Information
On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, enter your information as follows:
STEP 5: Enter Information
Your Name: Enter your first and last name.
E-mail Address: Enter your e-mail address.
User Name: Enter your e-mail address, again.
Password: Enter the password you set up for your e-mail account.
Incomming Mail Server:
Outgoing Mail Server:
STEP 6: Outgoing Server
On the Internet E-mail Settings window, select the “Outgoing Server” tab.
STEP 7: My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”
Select “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.”
Click Finish.
